To book an event, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your booking details.
2.2 Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payments through Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
2.3 Booking Confirmation
You will receive a booking confirmation via email once payment is successfully processed. This confirmation serves as your ticket to the event.
2.4 Capacity
Events have limited capacity. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another event. We will notify you as soon as possible if an event is cancelled.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Most events are open to adults (18+). Some events may have different age requirements, which will be clearly stated in the event description. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We may photograph or video record events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed/recorded and to the use of such media on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the event.
Mohlat is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs during an event, except where caused by our negligence. You participate in events at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, medical conditions, or personal health issues. Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions or allergies before attending.
All content on the Mohlat website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Mohlat and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our written permission.
We reserve the right to make changes to event details (date, time, venue, or content) if necessary. We will notify registered participants of any significant changes as soon as possible.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
