Overview

At Mohlat, we want you to have a great experience. If you need to cancel your booking, we offer flexible refund options based on when you cancel.

Cancellation by You

✓ Full Refund (100%)

If you cancel 48 hours or more before the event start time, you'll receive a full refund.

Example: Event on Saturday at 4 PM → Cancel by Thursday 4 PM

⚠ Partial Refund (50%)

If you cancel between 24-48 hours before the event, you'll receive a 50% refund.

Example: Event on Saturday at 4 PM → Cancel between Friday 4 PM and Thursday 4 PM

✗ No Refund (0%)

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the event, no refund will be provided.

Example: Event on Saturday at 4 PM → Cancel after Friday 4 PM

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking:

  1. Email us at support@mohlat.com with your booking reference number
  2. Or WhatsApp us with your booking details (number provided on your confirmation email)
  3. You'll receive cancellation confirmation within 24 hours

Cancellation by Mohlat

If we need to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you have two options:

  • Full Refund: Receive 100% of your payment back
  • Event Transfer: Move your booking to another available event of equal or lesser value

We will notify you immediately via email and phone if an event is cancelled.

Refund Processing Time

Once your cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

No-Shows

If you do not show up for an event and do not cancel in advance, no refund will be provided. We encourage you to cancel if you cannot attend so we can offer your spot to someone else.

Transferring Bookings

You may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours before the event. Please provide the new attendee's full name, email, and phone number.

Booking transfers are free and do not affect your refund eligibility if you later need to cancel.

Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency (medical, family, etc.) that prevents you from attending, please contact us. We'll work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution.

Event Changes

If we make significant changes to an event (date, time, location, or content), you may cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours after being notified of the change.
